Chubu International Airport (Centrair) is located on an artificial island south of Nagoya city off the west coast of the Chita Peninsula. A rapid train connects Centrair to Nagoya Station but if you need to stay at the airport, in case of an early flight, there are a number of options for hotels near Chubu Airport.

The economical Comfort Hotel is actually at the airport and a favorite with transit passengers or otherwise choose a hotel near Kanayama Station or Nagoya Station just 30 minutes away by Meitetsu express train.
